The Plotke Family Haggadah - Nusach Chabad - Free and Open Source

I have extensively edited this free haggadah since last year. New to this version are hundreds of corrections, the inclusion of only fonts which can be legally redistributed, and a wider layout intended for legal size paper.

Here is a PDF of the haggadah: Haggadah_Legal.pdf

Here is the LibreOffice document: Haggadah_Legal.odt

Here is a zip file containing the fonts used: Haggadah_Fonts.zip

If you want to work on the haggadah, you should first install the fonts, then open the odt in LibreOffice (version 3.6.4). This is the only method (almost) certain to work.

When I first began work on it, there wasn't this glut of Chabad Haggadahs that currently saturates the market. Still, I think this is a valuable contribution in that it provides the complete hebrew text and a translation for free, in every sense of the word.

It is forbidden to use any electronic copy of this haggadah in violation of the strictures of any Jewish holiday. Consult a Jewish Calendar if you are unsure when holidays fall out or what the rules are.

At the time, the point of the story seemed to be that not everything the Rebbe does has a spiritual reason, and that we as chassidim shouldn't behave as those in the story. With minimal consideration, I can learn exactly the opposite lesson.

Seems to me people have lost sight of what touch means, and how it relates to becoming a happier, healthier individual. I'm here to set the record straight, with dynamite.
